Provide primary interface with Customer and Field Technical Advisors on all Technical activities for commissioning, troubleshooting and consulting services for MC projects. Essential Responsibilities Support directly the Latin America Controls Service Manager in the complete Order-to-Remittance (OTR) process, resources planning, resources technical evaluation and internal process reviews in the designated sub-region.  Drive technical expertise among his team, providing mentoring and support for his Technical Advisors.  Drive quality reviewing and supervising technical reports, technical reports standards, service best practices, etc.  Become principal owner and driver of customer technical issues resolution during commissioning and startup of MC projects. Ensure issues are solved minimizing extra time and costs, defending execution margins.  Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company Environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures  Evaluate execution numbers and project finance results.  Provide customer support.  Lead and participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives within Regional Service group, to drive process rigor, Net Promoter Score, Technical Expertise and other improvements to overall Order-to-Remittance (OTR) process.  Support achievement of Service Operations Team metrics related to orders, margins, Safety and Quality. Qualifications/Requirements: Four years Engineering University degree or equivalent experience  Minimum of 8 years of field services experience.  Availability for local and international travel  Team leadership with minimum of 5 years Supervision experience  Effective written and oral communication skills  Effective use of computer technologies  Creative solution, problem solving and analytical skills  Negotiation skills  Fluent in and English and Portuguese. Spanish knowledge is considered as a plus. Desired Characteristics Industry experience of 10+ years with utilities and/or petrochemical  Experience with Gas Turbine, Steam turbine, Compressor and Generator controls
